to undergo training by Signature Worldwide, the leading provider of training
solutions for the hospitality industry.

Senior Vice President of Brand Management Tim O’Connor wanted to differentiate Settle Inn & Suites from other chains by offering distinctive customer service and knew a partnership with Signature would do just that.

Employees in the areas of reservations and guest services of Settle Inn franchises will receive a full day of customer service and sales training supported with ongoing mystery shopping and coaching. Signature trainers will return to the hotels three times throughout the year to train new employees, and move the sales and service skills of existing employees to the next level.
