| November 20, 2006 - One&Only Resorts is pleased to
announce Mauro Governato as General Manager of One&Only Ocean Club
in the Bahamas. He will take over the position of André Boersma,
who has moved on to other endeavors.
Mauro Governato began his new role at One&Only Ocean Club on November 5, 2006. He served for the last year as the General Manager of One&Only Le Saint Gerán in Mauritius, where he has helped maintain the impeccable standards that make this hotel one of the jewels of the One&Only Resorts collection. Prior to this, Mauro worked as the General Manager of One&Only Kanuhura in the Maldives, where he helped establish One&Only Kanuhura as one of the premiere resorts in the Maldives, winning many awards and accolades for the company. Mauro first joined One&Only in early September 2000, to serve as Executive Assistant Manager in charge of Food & Beverage at One&Only Le Saint Géran.
