 Joyce Lyle-Freeman Named General Manager of the
Sanderling Resort & Spa, in Duck, North Carolina

Cleveland, Ohio, October 30, 2006� Boykin Management Company, one of the industry�s leading independent hotel management companies, has named Joyce Lyle-Freeman General Manager of the Sanderling Resort & Spa, located in Duck, North Carolina.  Ms. Lyle-Freeman most recently served as the General Manager at the Radisson High Point City Center, located in High Point, North Carolina.
 
Ms. Lyle-Freeman has over thirty years of experience in the hotel industry.  Ms. Lyle-Freeman has been a member of the Boykin Management Company team for over six years, serving in a number of positions including as General Manager of the Sand Dunes and Ocean Dunes Resorts, General Manager at the Radisson Suite Beach Resort, General Manager at the Hotel 71 and Director of Operations at the Radisson Suite Beach Resort.   
 
The Sanderling Resort & Spa is located in North Carolina's Outer Banks on 9.2 acres that touches the shores of both the Atlantic Ocean and the serene Currituck Sound. The resort provides guests with luxurious accommodations including 88 newly renovated guest rooms, a luxurious spa, IACC approved conference facilities, two restaurants and lounges, an enclosed tennis and fitness center, indoor and outdoor pool, and outdoor tennis courts.
