Sterling Companies Names Jayna Leach the Director of
Marketing for Resorts and Realty Divisions

Fla. � Nov. 28, 2006 � The Sterling Companies (www.thesterlingco.com) recently
announced the hiring of Jayna Leach as director of marketing for its resorts
and realty divisions.
Leach, who brings more than 15 years of marketing experience in the hospitality industry to Sterling, heads the company�s marketing and public relations efforts. Additionally, she leads strategic communication planning for Sterling�s luxury vacation condominium resorts and homes located in Northwest Florida, Alabama and Mississippi. �Jayna is an incredible addition to our marketing team,� said Jim Olin, The Sterling Companies CEO. �As a longtime Gulf Coast resident and a veteran of the hospitality industry, her vast knowledge and experience will continue to elevate the Sterling brand as a preferred choice within the tourism and real estate arenas.� Prior to joining Sterling, Leach spent nine years with the Panama City Beach Convention & Visitors Bureau. Most recently she served as the vice president of marketing and public relations for the CVB. Leach also spent time as director of marketing for the Boardwalk Beach Resort and director of sales and marketing for the Howard Johnson on the Bay, both located in Panama City Beach, Fla.
