HSMAI/CHA Caribbean Sales & Marketing Strategy Conference

The Caribbean Hotel Association (CHA) and HSMAI team up once again for this second annual event.  The two-day dynamic agenda will delve into a wide range of sales and marketing topics and tools while addressing the differences and nuances for both hoteliers and tourism officials doing business in the Caribbean region.  The spectrum of topics will range from Internet marketing (eCommerce, web site design and search engine optimization) to revenue management, affiliate marketing, evolving wholesale models, developing sales strategies and strategic business planning. 

A special pre-conference workshop on �Strategic Planning for Hotels & Resorts� by John Fareed, Partner, Fareed & Zapala Marketing Partners, will be repeated again this year on Dec. 7.

HSMAI University
HSMAI University delivers a wide-ranging schedule of course offerings and learning experiences in public venue, private label and online formats.  Programs for 2006 are aligned with HSMAI�s new Special Interest Groups to offer specialized content to support business needs in revenue management, Internet marketing, hotel directors of sales and marketing, and resort marketing.  HSMAI University offers workshops and seminars in various cities and �webinars� incorporating 60-minute presentations.
