Enhancements Provide Improved Management of Complex Events

Portsmouth, NH, December 14, 2006 Newmarket International, Inc., announced the release of the new version of Daylight, its popular sales and catering software package.  Designed to help sales and catering professionals improve management of complex and customized events, Daylight 6.0 will boost hospitality providers productivity and profitability and increase event planner satisfaction.

Key enhancements in the new version include new document management capabilities that more effectively capture and communicate booking details to meeting planners and staff, improved workflow management for updating events and customizing sub blocks and billing, and expanded reporting that increases visibility into sales performance.  These enhancements give hospitality professionals better information with which to advise their customers and make business decisions throughout the event sales and delivery process.

Sean ONeill, President and CEO of Newmarket International, stated, Daylight 6.0 includes many sought after features that weve worked closely with our customers to develop.  It meets the needs of hospitality providers and planners to collaborate both on large, complex events and in customizing unique event experiences for attendees. We are proud to deliver on the commitment to Daylight 6.0 that we made to our Daylight customers when we acquired the company in March of this year.

Newmarket will be holding a series of complimentary web seminars to highlight the enhancements in the new version.  Register for a web seminar by emailing [email protected].
