Hospitality Management Corporation Signs Management Contract
for the Regency Hotel and Conference Center in Dallas, Texas,
Formerly Holiday Inn Select Northeast  

Dallas, TX, September 26, 2006:  Hospitality Management Corporation (HMC) is pleased to announce that a management contract has been signed with new ownership to manage the Regency Hotel and Conference Center in Dallas, Texas.

The Regency Hotel, formerly the Holiday Inn Select Northeast Dallas, is a full-service hotel with 244 guest rooms and over 10,000 square feet of meeting and banquet space.  The Hotel offers guests dining and entertainment options at its Terrace Grille Restaurant and Safari Lounge.   The Hotel also offers free high-speed internet access, a business center, an outdoor pool, fitness center, sauna and steam room, and billiards.

The property is located in Northeast Dallas at 11350 LBJ Freeway, within minutes of Texas Instruments, Interstate 30, Interstate 20, Hwy. 75, Garland, Richardson, Mesquite, numerous shopping venues and is just ten miles from downtown Dallas.

Along with ownership, Hospitality Management is reviewing new franchise affiliation options and will be managing renovations and property and service upgrades to meet the needs of the market and the franchise.  
Hospitality Management Corporation (HMC), founded in 1971, is a privately owned independent management company and is one of the oldest independent hotel management firms in the lodging industry.  For over three decades, HMC has provided hotel management services for third party institutional and private owners.  The company’s headquarters has been located in Dallas, Texas since its inception.
