 First Hospitality Group, Inc. Secures Equity Position and Assumes Managment
of the Radisson Hotel & Conference Center in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin

ROSEMONT, IL, JULY 24, 2006 — First Hospitality Group, Inc. today announced that they have secured an equity position in the Radisson Hotel & Conference Center in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin.  In addition, the company has assumed management of the hotel.  The announcement was made by Robert Habeeb, President and COO of First Hospitality Group, Inc.

The Radisson Hotel & Conference Center in Pleasant Prairie offers guests quality accommodations and conference facilities, with features such as complimentary high-speed internet access, heated indoor swimming pool, fitness center, airport shuttle service and the casual Chancery Pub & Restaurant, located on site.  Offering a superior location near area corporate offices and directly across the street from Prime Outlets at Pleasant Prairie, the 120-room property provides the kind of warm hospitality, inviting atmosphere and service that is sure to please business and leisure travelers alike.
