Hotels, Inc. announced today that the company has assumed management of
the Courtyard by Marriott in Vallejo, CA.
The hotel, located at 1000 Fairgrounds Drive in Vallejo, CA, recently completed an extensive renovation of all guest rooms, common area and meeting facilities. This is in addition to an upgrade of the buildings exterior. The hotel was purchased in late 2005 by Corporex Companies � an affiliate of Commonwealth Hotels, Inc. Corporex managed the renovation of the hotel along with the re-branding as a Courtyard by Marriott. With this renovation, the hotel meets all the latest Courtyard brand standards and is fully operational. The official Grand Opening celebration will take place on Thursday July 13. The hotel features 172 Guest Rooms, 2,200 Square Feet of meeting space
and a long list of other hotel and room amenities offered by Courtyard
� including a large desk with ergonomic chair, Free High Speed Internet
access, Cable TV, luxury bedding and much more.
