Branson, Missouri's StoneBridge Village Golf Resort
Undergoing a Major Expansion

.

Branson, Missouri August 31, 2006 - StoneBridge Village, a 2,000-acre golf resort community with nightly rentals near Branson, Missouri is undergoing a major expansion.

Owner and real estate development and sales company Missouri Partners, Inc. (MPI) has already completed work on dozens of custom homes, patio homes, lodges and condominiums, along with a new fine-dining restaurant. MPI president Robert Allen said there are plans for even more homes in a new area of the community called Forest Lake.

Located along the banks of Roark Creek, just minutes from Branson, Table Rock Lake and Silver Dollar City theme park, Forest Lake at StoneBridge Village, once completed, will feature manmade lakes, nature trails, private parks, a trout fishing stream, and home-site views of the top -ranked LedgeStone Golf Course. Pre-construction pricing is still available.

Allen said StoneBridge Village rivals some of the countrys top managed communities. We have the same, if not better, amenities and investment opportunities as places like Tahoe, Las Vegas, Arizona and Hilton Head, but at a fraction of the cost, he said.

MPI and the StoneBridge Property Owners Association recently teamed up to complete significant changes to the LedgeStone Golf Course and more than $1.5 million in improvements to the 27,000 square-foot LedgeStone Clubhouse, both at StoneBridge Village. The LedgeStone Lounge & Grille, next to the Pro Shop on the lower level of the Clubhouse has been remodeled, and Nicols Fine Dining restaurant along with several plush new meeting rooms, have been added to the upper level. Both restaurants are open to the public, and feature casual and gourmet cuisine prepared by popular area Chef Bob Nicol.

The 18-hole golf course was recently modified by switching the 10th and 18th holes, and reversing their respective tees and fairways. StoneBridge Property Owners Association general manager, Darrell Ransdell said this change was made to eliminate a blind tee shot on # 10. Beginning on January 1, 2007, LedgeStone Golf Course will be available for the exclusive use of StoneBridge Village property owners, guests of owners, nightly rental guests, and Escapes timeshare guests only. The Clubhouse restaurants and pro shop will remain open to the public.

All the new private homes and nightly-rental homes, condos and lodges built by MPI at StoneBridge Village will feature the same craftsmanship and tasteful décor as can be seen inside the newly remodeled Clubhouse.

Nicols Fine Dining is appointed with elegant oversized furnishings and features a stone fireplace, grand skylights, and seating for up to 130 people. Floor to ceiling windows provide a near 180-degree view of the golf course, swimming pool and three tennis courts below. Guests can enjoy alfresco dining or seating inside the semi-private lounge.

The menu at Nicols offers casual gourmet entrees featuring chicken, seafood, beef, pasta and salads. Nicols signature items are almond-crusted chicken with amaretto cream sauce, prime rib, and broiled Norwegian salmon. The extensive dessert menu includes a selection of cheesecakes with seasonal fruit toppings, chocolate fondant cake and black cherry crepes. Chef Nicol boasts a carefully selected wine menu.

A notable area chef for many years, Nicol co-owned the popular Wooden Nickel Restaurant from 1977 to 1981 before moving to Hot Springs, Arkansas to open the South Shore Restaurant. After returning to the area, Nicol spent 18 years at the Pier & Garden Terrace Restaurants at the Kimberling Inn in Kimberling City before moving to StoneBridge.

Id actually thought about retiring, Nicol said. But Ive been friends with (MPI owner) Steve Redford for so long that when he told me about this project, I really wanted to be part of it, he said.

Many of Nicols staff members from the Kimberling Inn made the move with him, including fiancé, and floor manager Renee Blum.
Were a great team, Nicol said. Some of these people have worked with me for nearly 20 years.

Adjacent to Nicols dining room are three new well-appointed meeting rooms with comfortable seating for up to 50 people. A business center provides phone, fax, and access to office supplies. Wireless internet connection is available throughout the Clubhouse.

The LedgeStone Lounge & Grille serves a casual menu of salads and sandwiches and can accommodate 75 guests indoors or up to 100 on the patio.

We have an outdoor barbecue pit and great view of one of the waterfalls on the golf course, Nicol said. This is a great place for weddings and family reunions.
