opening of an all-suite, full-service hotel on Florida’s popular Space
Coast, with the debut of the Doubletree Guest Suites Melbourne Beach
Oceanfront (formerly the Melbourne Suites Beach Resort). Situated

Almost two years after closing from the devastation caused by hurricanes Frances and Jeanne in the fall of 2004, this 207-suite hotel has reopened its doors to introduce more than $15 million in extensive improvements that have reinvented the hotel’s guest suites, public areas and 2,700 square feet of indoor event space.
The Doubletree Guest Suites Melbourne Beach Oceanfront is operated by Melbourne Q. Leasing LLC, an affiliate of Boykin Lodging Company, under a franchise agreement with Doubletree Hotel Systems, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Hilton Hotels Corporation and managed by Boykin Lodging Company.
