based hotel real estate firm, announced today it advised FelCor Lodging
Trust in the sale of the Holiday Inn Central located in Omaha, NE.
This 6-story, 383-room property was purchased by WPH, Omaha, LLC for an
undisclosed amount. The property amenities include, approximately 61,000
square feet of meeting space, indoor pool, whirlpool and fitness center.
It also has two full-service restaurants and a lounge.
This property is located in the growing midtown area of Omaha. It has excellent visibility and is in close proximity to all major demand generators such as Info USA, First Data Recourses, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Omnium Worldwide, ConAgra, HDR Engineering and the University of Nebraska - Omaha campus. This property will be totally renovated to the
new Holiday Inn standards and will also include the addition of a 50,000
square foot indoor water park.
