Molinaro Koger Welcomes Industry Veteran
David Altobello as Vice President

Mr. Altobello has moved rapidly into brokerage. He already has several transactions in the works, including assignments for such clients as Marriott, Starwood and JER Partners.

Prior to joining MK, Mr. Altobello served as a Financial Director for Marriott International where he managed transaction due diligence, closing, and post-closing components for internal groups and owners. His close partnership with Marriott�s internal transaction team ensured all contract provisions were advantageously structured for the company. During his career Mr. Altobello has been instrumental in more than $750 million in real estate transactions.
