ANGELES, CA � May 26, 2006 - Vagabond Franchise System, Inc, announces
the opening of its newest property, a Vagabond Inn Executivesm,
in Rancho Cordova, CA. This mid-market limited-service 116-room property
is located in the City of Rancho Cordova in Sacramento County at the Zinfandel
exit from Highway 50. The re-branded hotel was built and previously
operated as a Fairfield Inn by Marriott prior to acquisition by Vista Investments.
Vista Investments, the owner and developer has submitted plans to the city for an extensive remodel and addition. Upon completion, the hotel will have a drive-under porte cochere, an extended lobby featuring vaulted ceilings, new and relocated front desk, an expanded breakfast room, a library/business center, a conference room, a gym, an expanded pool area including the addition of a spa and water feature, and completely remodeled guest rooms. One of the many exciting features being added to the property will be the addition of flat panel televisions.
