Taylor will work in the Atlanta office of the Naples-based Coral Hospitality, where he will lead the sales, marketing, and business development of the group�s two Georgia-based properties, Brasstown Valley Resort and Lake Blackshear Resort & Golf Club.  

Among Taylor�s first assignments is to strengthen the synergistic marketing opportunities surrounding the properties� distinctive yet complementary �North Georgia� and �South Georgia� locales.  Taylor also will focus on increasing awareness of both properties� vast recreational amenities among key audiences within both the leisure and corporate/group travel sectors. 

An accomplished sales and marketing executive, Taylor brings more than 15 years of sales and marketing experience to the Coral Hospitality management team.  Taylor most recently served as Area Vice President of Sales for HEI/Merritt Hospitality, where he managed the sales and marketing efforts of eight full-service hotels.  Previously, Taylor worked as Area Director of Sales and Marketing for Wyndham International and was Regional Director of Sales and Marketing for Lodgian, Inc., which operates more than 70 of America�s most well known hotel brands, including Hilton, Holiday Inn and Marriott.

In each of these management capacities, Taylor consistently increased properties� market share, revenues and profits � including a new sales program for one hotel that enabled his team to reach the entire year�s occupancy goals in just four months.  Taylor and his teams have won several awards including the Interstate Hotels Corporation (IHC) �Region II-Sales Team of the Year� and the IHC �President�s Award for Sales Excellence.�

Coral Hospitality also announced that Terry Kingery has been appointed to Regional Sales Manager.  Kingery will work in the Atlanta office of Naples-based Coral Hospitality, where he will be responsible for the sales efforts of the group�s two Georgia-based properties, Brasstown Valley Resort and Lake Blackshear Resort & Golf Club.  

An accomplished hotel sales executive with more than 30 years� experience, Kingery has been working in the hospitality industry since high school.  Kingery developed and expanded his results-oriented track record during the 18 years he worked for three of the country�s premier hotels, where he consistently surpassed each property�s sales expectations.  Most recently, Kingery served as Regional Sales Manager for the Hilton Sandestin Beach Golf Resort & Spa, where he began working in 1989.  Specializing in �shoulder� (off-season) periods, Kingery is an industry leader.  

Kingery�s background also includes experience at The Omni Hotel at CNN Center in Atlanta and The Sea Pines Plantation on South Carolina�s Hilton Head Island.  

Active in the hospitality industry, Kingery is a member of several professional organizations, including the Georgia Business Travel Association and Georgia Meeting Professionals International.  Kingery also is past President of the Georgia Chapter of the Hospitality Sales & Marketing Association International, a global organization of sales and marketing professionals representing all segments of the hospitality sector.
