SAN ANTONIO May 12, 2006 - On the heels of General Manager Thomas Smith
being named as Hyatt Hotels Corporation�s General Manager of the Year,
comes the announcement that the Hyatt Regency Hill Country Resort and Spa�s
sales team has been selected as SALES TEAM OF THE YEAR for hotels with
501 rooms or less. The team, consisting of 11 full-time sales managers,
was selected based on a variety of criteria, including,

Out of the chain�s 216 hotels and resorts, 42 properties fall into the
501 rooms or less category and were eligible for this award. 10-were nominated.
The Hyatt Hill Country was selected by a group of senior-level directors
