Hilton Hotels Corporation Recognizes 2005 Development Champions
for Hilton, Doubletree and Embassy Suites Hotels Brands

BEVERLY HILLS, Calif. - May 17, 2006 -- The Hilton, Doubletree and Embassy Suites Hotels brands recognized the top development champions of 2005 during the Hilton Hotels Corporation Full-Service Brands Owners Summit, held May 3-5 in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. Hotel development awards across the three brands were presented in four distinct categories: Best Conversion, Deal of the Year, Developer of the Year and Outstanding Achievement.

Multi-brand: Pace Cooper - Cooper Companies for the conversion of the

conversion, Cooper Companies also becomes the only developer to have
all Hilton Family brands represented in its portfolio, with the
exceptions of the Conrad and Waldorf=Astoria luxury brands.
