The DVEnterprise suite collects and warehouses data from a variety of on-property systems, such as PMS, golf, spa, point-of-sale, sales & catering and payroll. Data from these disparate systems can then be viewed together in one integrated platform via Excel spreadsheets, browser based reports and highly graphical dashboards.

Every day, the marketing module extracts detailed information about each guest including name, address, email, phone number, etc. In addition, guest spending patterns are analyzed by extracting every posted revenue transaction (room revenue, telephone, business center, etc.) The module also extracts future bookings every day, keeping track of guests who have made bookings in the future. 

With this set of criteria, you can build marketing campaigns to track the activity within the campaign period or those outside the campaign period. In addition, the data can be set against various per capita maps to view groups or geographic clusters.
