Kessler Enterprise, Inc. and The Kessler Collection was recently honored
by the Developer�s & Business Alliance as Florida�s Developer of the
Year. The award honors outstanding individuals and organizations
in the building industry that have made major contributions to their community�s
growth and quality of life through leadership, veracity and determination.
Kessler, who was also the 2000 Ernst & Young Master Entrepreneur of the Year® for Florida, founded the Kessler Enterprise, Inc., in 1985 after he had sold his interest in Days Inn of America. The Company now owns and operates nine, and soon to be ten, such themed, boutique hotels in Florida, Georgia, Colorado and New Mexico. His current projects include: Columbia Place luxury condominiums in Savannah, GA, Hampton Inn & Suites in Orlando, FL, and Grand Bohemian Hotel and Residences, St. Petersburg, FL.
