to announce the company�s most recent hotel management agreement.
MSHS has been selected to manage the El Tropicano Hotel, located on the famous Riverwalk in downtown San Antonio, Texas. Originally open in 1962, the El Tropicano was the first full service hotel built on the famed Paso del Rio, now internationally recognized as the San Antonio Riverwalk. Purchased in 2005 by three local businessmen, the new owners have undertaken an aggressive multi-million dollar renovation program transforming the hotel into a truly unique facility which will reflect a Latin-inspired design mixed with elements of the 1960-1970�s and cutting edge 2006 technology. When complete, the hotel will offer 306 guest rooms and suites completely renovated and designed to meet the needs and wants of today�s traveler. The hotel�s 37,000 square feet of ballrooms, meeting rooms and reception areas have undergone an extensive renovation. The meeting and ballroom space has been designed to meet the business and social needs of the San Antonio community as well as those groups coming to San Antonio for conferences and business related meetings. �MSHS is excited about the opportunity to assist the owners with this unique hotel.
