Coronado, CA, June 2, 2006 � Glorietta Bay Inn announced today that
it has hired Holly Shumate as general manager and promoted Claudia LudlowGonzales
to reservations and sales manager.
Ms. Shumate worked most recently as the general manager for the Coronado Beach Resort. She brings more than 10 years experience hospitality management to the inn and holds a bachelor�s degree in hotel administration from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. .
Ms. LudlowGonzales has been with Glorietta Bay Inn since 2002 in human resources and administration, and was promoted because of her outstanding performance. Prior to joining the inn, Ms. LudlowGonzales worked in sales for the U.S. Grant Hotel and Pala Mesa Resort. The Ludlow family has been part of the Coronado community since 1919. �I am committed to building on Glorietta Bay Inn�s award-winning guest service and long-standing tradition of involvement in the Coronado community,� said Holly Shumate, general manager. �Leadership and excellence are hallmarks of Holly�s career.
