London – 21st June 2006, the Dorchester Group Hotels, London today announced successful completion of system implementation of the EzRMS™ Internet Product Suite at 3 of their deluxe 5 Star properties in London, Paris, & Milan – with Beverly Hills going live next month and their 2nd Paris property activated later this year. 

Mr. Francois Delahaye, C.O.O of Dorchester Group Hotels, had very specific requirements in their selection of an automated Revenue Management solution. “At our end of the luxury market, we need to maintain the very sensitive balance between guest service and business needs, so we were looking for a “guidance” system to support our decision making.” Furthermore, speed and ease of use was equally high on the priority of requirements, “we wanted a system that could be used by a wide hotel audience, rather than rely on an individual with specialist training on a more complex system.
