The property, which is owned and managed by General Hotels Corporation, under a license agreement with a company in the InterContinental Hotels Group, is located at 2501 South High School Road, Indianapolis, IN.; Telephone: (317) 243-1014; Facsimile: (317) 243-1078.  The hotel is currently known as the Holiday Inn Select Indianapolis Airport.

Located just off the Airport Expressway and I-465, the 274-room property is nine miles from downtown Indianapolis. Among the highlights at the future Crowne Plaza Indianapolis Airport are an indoor pool, fitness center and business center, as well as wireless and wired high speed Internet access in the hotel’s lobby, meeting space and guestrooms.  The hotel will undergo a $6 million renovation which will include enhancements to the building’s exterior, meeting space, lobby, restaurant, bar and guest bathrooms.

“We look forward to offering our guests new enhancements to the property and exceptional levels of customer service, as well as offerings such as the Crowne Plaza Sleep Advantage and soon to be introduced Crowne Plaza Bath Experience,” said Jim Gurzynski, the hotel’s general manager.

The soon-to-be Crowne Plaza Indianapolis Airport features the award-winning Chanteclair Restaurant which is popular for its French cuisine, tableside preparations and extensive wine list.
Once converted to a Crowne Plaza hotel, the newly introduced Crowne Plaza Sleep Advantage will be featured in all guestrooms.  The Sleep Advantage, which is available at all Crowne Plaza hotels in the Americas region, encompasses the entire sleep experience, from training staff on how to create and maintain a restful environment to providing innovative products and services. Program components include new bedding, guaranteed wake-up calls, designated quiet zones, night lights, drape clips, sleep CDs, sleep tips and amenities such as eye masks, ear plugs and lavender spray.
Consistent with the Crowne Plaza brand, the hotel will offer a comprehensive meetings package to ensure a seamless planning process and exceptional meeting experience consisting of three key components: a Two-Hour Response Guarantee, Crowne Meetings Director and a Meetings Daily Debrief.
