Clairvoyix Releases Database Marketing Software Upgrades at HITEC

LAS VEGAS — JUNE 19, 2006 — Clairvoyix continues to provide enhanced technology support to it growing portfolio of hotel customers by releasing two new software upgrades for its Clairvoyix Knowledge Factory (CKF) and Clairvoyix Hospitality Solution (CHS). The releases, to be featured at the Hospitality Industry Technology Exposition and Conference (HITEC) June 19-22 at the Minneapolis (Minn.) Convention Center in Booth No. 343 will provide for even more robust, accurate and up-to-date database marketing implementation.  
“The Clairvoyix Knowledge Factory is the nuts and bolts of any marketing initiative,” said Mike Schmitt, Clairvoyix CEO. “It pulls data from multiple sources and gets in into a central database. Our latest CKF release adds even more functionality for acquiring guest information and building new or ongoing customer relationships.“
CKF is a fully automated process which ensures that a hotel’s marketing database is accurate up-to-date and able to perform the most complex queries with response times that exceed high-cost systems, Schmitt said. The new CKF release Version 4.0 offers a new standard option for importing validated data by specific request, such as email only or phone number only if a physical address is not present. The new version also enables multiple data fields to be updated via the normal import processing, such as: contact information, celebratory dates and VIP codes.
The CKF Version 4.0 upgrade enables hoteliers to:
  • Merge reports by viewing potential duplicates or unique guests caused by data entry errors and/or address-only, email-only or phone-only guests.
  • Import updated and cancelled reservations data into the CHS to better manage the relationship with future, current and past guests.
  • Automate the NCOA process within 24 hours of being ordered.
“Because CKF operates in a true ASP environment, it is always ‘out of sight,’ but never ‘out of mind,” Schmitt said. “CKF 4.0 insures that all data is imported according to hotel-specific business rules, highly cleansed and accurately standardized. Information that we generate from past-guest reservations provide tremendous insight into the prospective guest of the future, bringing significant return for hospitality marketers with even a minimal amount of analysis and marketing campaign execution.”

While the CKF Version 4.0 upgrade focuses on extracting data from past stays for better customer-relationship management, the CHS release 3.8.1 Version upgrade facilitates e-marketing and better targeting future guests.
