 Brandon McCarter Named Regional Director of Operations
for Florida for Noble House Hotels & Resorts

SEATTLE, WA (June 6, 2006)--  Brandon McCarter has been named regional director of operations for Florida for Noble House Hotels & Resorts, a privately held real estate development company which owns and manages boutique resorts across the country. 

According to Greg Champion, president of Noble House Hotels & Resorts, in his new position, McCarter will be based in Miami, where he will oversee three of the company�s four Florida properties, including the Ocean Key Resort in Key West; the Little Palm Island in Torch Key; and the Grove Isle Hotel & Spa in Miami. 

�Brandon is a highly motivated, hands-on hospitality professional, with a passion for guest services,� said Champion. �We are pleased to have him on our team as we continue to expand our company.� 

With over 25 years of hospitality management experience, McCarter was previously an executive with the American Skiing Company, most recently serving as the company�s vice president of lodging. In this capacity, he directed operations for five ski resorts, encompassing six RCI Crown Club quartershare resort hotels and conference centers, three inns and 2,000 condominiums.  Prior to that, he was general manager of the company�s Grand Summit Resort and Conference Center, a ski-in-ski-out resort with 26,000 square feet of meeting space, an 18-hole golf course, four condominium associations and an 100 room hotel. McCarter was also vice president and general manager of Tennessee-based Resort Properties Inc., where he was responsible for strategic planning, marketing, renovations and asset management for a 205-room resort and convention center, a 67-room resort, 50 private homes and cabins and 49 condominiums under construction.   

In addition, he was with Sonesta Hotels and Resorts for 12 years � overseeing various properties domestically and internationally, including the Chateau Sonesta Hotel, a 251-room convention property with three restaurants in the New Orleans� French Quarter district. In 1999, he received Sonesta�s �Marketing General Manager of the Year� Award. 

A native of Tennessee, McCarter attended Vanderbilt University in Nashville.
