Destination Development Initiative Unfolds in the Caribbean
.

Boston, June 15, 2006: Hospitality Performance, engaged by the Anguilla BWI Board of Tourism, commenced the first phase of their Destination Development Program in early June. Their strategy focuses upon four (4) components - all directed to influence the Visitor Experience in Anguilla:

Research, Education, Hospitality/Quality Assurance and Marketing/Branding.

As Principal, John Hendrie, noted "We and the Tourist Board have undertaken the next step to elevate a wonderful Experience to the Remarkable. Visitors already appreciate the charming accommodations, the gracious hospitality and the extraordinary beaches. Anguilla understands that their success as a Destination of Choice rests upon the synergy of all components of the community from Immigration to Hospitality businesses to taxi cabs and shop owners - public and private sectors, for they all "touch" the Guest in some fashion and will impact the memory of that visit to the island."  HP is also assisting an exclusive group of lodgings, called Charming Escapes, to enhance their positioning in the Tourism mid-market.

Hospitality Performance is a full service Consulting consortium, which recognizes that Remarkable Hospitality is the portal to a memorable Visitor experience. www.hospitalityperformance.com
