Golden Tulip Hospitality Takes Over Hotel Lease Agreements for Five Hotels
Previously Managed by the German Hotel Development Company, RIMC

Amersfoort (NL)/Lausanne (CH), 15th of March 2006 � Golden Tulip Hospitality announces its expansion in Germany and Austria through the taking over of the hotel lease agreements for five hotels previously managed by German based RIMC.

The acquisition is effective the 1st of April. Four hotels are already open and the Golden Tulip Hamburg Aviation will open as per the fall 2006 when the brand new hotels will open its doors. They are as follows:

Austria - Golden Tulip President Wien
Germany - Golden Tulip Lübecker Hof
Germany - Golden Tulip Wolfenbüttel
Germany � Golden Tulip Hamburg Aviation (Opening Fall 2006)
Germany � Tulip Inn Munich Airport
  
The Golden Tulip Lübecker Hof, the Golden Tulip Wolfenbüttel and the Golden Tulip President Wien have been with Golden Tulip for a number of years under a franchise agreement. The Golden Tulip Hamburg Aviation and the Tulip Inn Munich Airport are completely new additions to Golden Tulip�s hotel portfolio. 

Golden Tulip Hospitality now has 32 Golden Tulip hotels and Tulip Inns in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

Golden Tulip Lübecker Hof is situated in green surroundings at the gates to the hanseatic city Lübeck in Stockelsdorf. The beach of the Baltic Sea is only fifteen minute drive away from the hotel. The hotel offers 113 rooms and 18 apartments fully equipped as well as a extensive conference area with a capacity for up to 150 persons with modern equipment at the guest�s disposal. Golden Tulip Wolfenbüttel disposes of 48 fully equipped guestrooms with wireless internet, TV, Telephone and modern bathrooms. The hotel is located in the city centre of the historic town of Wolfenbüttel only a few steps from the central station and across from shopping facilities for everyone. Golden Tulip Wolfenbüttel is also equipped with three combinable conference rooms with the capability of hosting up to 300 delegates and equipped with air conditioning and modern technical equipment.
