Buys Big Sky Division of ResortQuest

Big Sky, Montana, February 28, 2006 - Resort Property Management, one of Big Sky's largest property management and rental companies representing 130 homes and condominiums, has formally announced the purchase on January 20, 2006, of the Big Sky division of ResortQuest, a company headquartered in Memphis, Tennessee.  Resort Property Management is based in Big Sky and owned by Tim Ryan, who serves as the company's president.  Ryan also owns and operates the River Rock Lodge, a 29-guestroom property located in Big Sky.

"We are thrilled to announce the purchase of ResortQuest Big Sky," said Tim Ryan.  "Six years ago we sold our company Golden Eagle Management to ResortQuest, after growing the business for 19 years.  The purchase of ResortQuest Big Sky happily returns these and other assets to our company, significantly increasing our inventory of rental homes for vacationers."
