| WHITE PLAINS, NY, January 5, 2006�Cristina Lussi, director of sales
and marketing, Crowne Plaza Resort & Golf Club (Lake Placid, NY), has
been named Chairman of the Board of Directors of the 2006 International
Hotel/Motel & Restaurant Show® (IH/M&RS). In addition, Anthony
Mangano, CHA, vice president, Syramada Hotel Corporation (Syracuse, NY),
has been appointed to the nine-member Board. The 91st annual IH/M&RS
will take place November 11-14, 2006, at New York City�s Jacob K. Javits
Convention Center.
Lussi has been a Board member of the New York State Hospitality &
Tourism Association (NYSH&TA) since 1992, serving as chairman from
2003-2005. She is currently director of sales and marketing of the Lake
Placid Crowne Plaza Resort & Golf Club and vice president of the Lake
Placid Vacation Corporation. Her affiliations are numerous, including memberships
with the New York State Restaurant Association, Hospitality Sales &
Marketing Association International, Meeting Professionals International
and National Tour Association. Lussi is a graduate of St. Lawrence University.
Mangano is the current chairman of the New York State Hospitality and
Tourism Association Board and brings 23 years of industry experience to
the IH/M&RS Board. He is vice president of the Syramada Hotel Corporation,
which owns and operates the Ramada Inn Syracuse. Mangano currently holds
several positions on industry related boards and committees, including
the Greater Syracuse Hospitality & Tourism Association Board of Directors,
Ramada Inter-National Association Executive Committee and the New York
State Ramada Management Association. He is a graduate of Rochester Institute
of Technology.

The 91st annual International Hotel/Motel & Restaurant Show will run
Saturday, November 11, through Tuesday, November 14, 2006, at New York
City�s Jacob K. Javits Convention Center. Following a full day of conference
and networking activities on Saturday, November 11, the IH/M&RS will
feature three days of exhibits from Sunday, November 12, through Tuesday,
November 14. The market presents some 1,200 hospitality industry suppliers
and attracts approximately 35,000 in total trade attendance.
