Previously Mr. Kungli was controller for the Garden of the Gods Club of Colorado Springs.  He has served as director of finance for Aspen Skiing Company's Hotel Division, simultaneously taking on the responsibilities of regional property controller for The Little Nell Hotel, the signature Five Star, Five Diamond Relais & Chateaux Grand Hotel located in Aspen, Colorado.  At the same time he served as regional property controller for three additional hotel operations for the company.  

Before this, Kungli held the position of controller for Richfield Hospitality and Aircoa Hospitality Services, overseeing five properties, including the 324-room Hilton Head Island Resort.  

Mr. Kungli is a graduate of the University of Akron with a Bachelors degree in Financial Accounting.  He and his family reside in Colorado Springs.
