(SH) recently added a management contract, effective immediately, for the
84-room Wingate Inn-Alpharetta. The four-story hotel is conveniently
located north of downtown Atlanta in the suburb of Alpharetta, off Mansell
Road at Exit 8 of Georgia 400.
With the addition of the Wingate Inn, Sivica Hospitality now manages 15 properties in the Southeast. Built in 1996 and owned by P.D. Patel, this hotel carries the distinction of being the first Wingate in the country. Michael Poe, an experienced hotel professional with Sivica Hospitality for more than two years, serves as the general manager.
