ATLANTA (Oct. 4, 2005) � InterContinental Hotels Group announced today
that the new 125-room Holiday Inn Express Midtown-Fifth Avenue recently
opened, representing another addition to the mid-scale brand�s portfolio
of limited-service hotels and its further expansion into U.S. urban markets.
The Holiday Inn Express Midtown-Fifth Avenue is owned by MG 45 LLC & MG-45 Operating, LLC and managed by Magna Hospitality Group, L.C., under a license agreement with a company in the InterContinental Hotels Group and is located at 15 West 45th St., New York, N.Y. Telephone: (212) 302-9088. This project marks the Holiday Inn Express brand's first foray into the largest metropolitan area in the U.S, New York City.
