| (October 19, 2005 Los Cabos, Mexico) � One&Only Palmilla has announced
the appointment of George Sotelo as Resident Manager of the award-winning
luxury resort located in Los Cabos, Mexico. As Resident Manager,
Mr. Sotelo will be working closely with renowned Managing Director and
Regional Vice President, Edward Steiner, to oversee all operations of the
resort including the 172 luxurious rooms and suites, three restaurants,
including C, created by the legendary Charlie Trotter, the One&Only
Spa, the 27-hole Jack Nicklaus signature golf course, a new high-tech executive
conference center and more. Mr. Sotelo served as One&Only Palmilla�s
Director of Food and Beverage prior to his appointment as Resident Manager.
