Gary Finnell Named Director of Development
for Sivica Hospitality
ATLANTA, GA (October 25, 2005) – To meet growth opportunities, Sivica Hospitality (SH) recently named Gary Finnell the Director of Development.  In his newly created position, Mr. Finnell has responsibility for hotel development in the metropolitan Atlanta area and throughout the southeastern United States.   He will identify hotel sites and perform due diligence to qualify demand for hotel rooms in those markets.  He will also solicit hotel management contracts.
“Gary brings a tremendous depth of experience in hotel development to our company,” said Fred Cerrone, President and CEO of Sivica Hospitality.  “His expertise and market knowledge comes at the perfect time to help Sivica grow and expand to its full potential.”
For nearly ten years prior to joining Sivica, Mr. Finnell served as president of Finnell Consulting, a firm that provided hotel feasibility studies and appraisals.  He began his career as a director of marketing for Marriott Hotels & Resorts, worked as a senior consultant for Laventhol & Horwath, CPAs and hotel consultants, and served as Director of Market Planning for Holiday Inn Worldwide.  
Mr. Finnell holds a degree in Hotel, Restaurant and Institutional Management from Michigan State University.  A resident of Alpharetta, he and his wife Martha are parents to four young children.  Mr. Finnell serves as Assistant Scoutmaster and enjoys hiking, camping, swimming and reading in his spare time.
