Buckhead America Corp.Acquires America’s Best Inns & Suites Brand
and Franchise Rights from US Franchise Systems, Inc. 


ATLANTA (October 7, 2005) – Buckhead America Corp., which franchises Country Hearth Inns, has purchased America’s Best Inns & Suites from US Franchise Systems, Inc. (USFS), the company announced today.  In addition, Buckhead America Corp. has changed its name to America’s Best Franchising, Inc. to more accurately reflect its business activities.

Officials at America’s Best Franchising, Inc. and USFS look forward to a seamless transition.  Going forward, all elements will remain the same through the end of the year, including reservations, which will changeover in early 2006.
