today announced it signed an agreement to allow IQWare, Inc., a leading
provider of hospitality technology, to private label ZDirect�s advanced
e-Marketing technology solution, ZMailtm,
for resale to clients. IQWare will re-label the ZMail e-marketing
system as IQWareMail®. The system will be used by IQWare clients
to increase revenue by leveraging guest information to develop robust CRM
databases and create automated, targeted email campaigns and other opt-in
communications.
David Perkins, president of IQWare, Inc., said, �Every hotel has a wealth of guest data in its systems, our new ZMail-partnered IQWareMail solution will give IQWare�s clients the ability to use that information to generate increased revenue. With the IQWareMail application fully integrated into IQWare�s PMS, properties can use the Internet to distribute newsletters, offer manager�s specials and provide other communications with embedded promotional rate-code links to let guests instantly reserve special rate offers. This is a breakthrough; now for the first time properties can accurately reach specific guest segments with promotions and quantify their marketing ROI by tracking how much revenue is generated by each email.� Perkins estimates the new e-marketing solution will prove so effective that a majority of IQWare clients will adopt IQWareMail within the next 24 months. IQWareMail powered by ZMail, will also allow IQWare customers to quickly fill rooms during times of low occupancy by easily emailing promotions to previous customers who have traveled to the property during similar periods. The system automatically excludes existing reservation holders allowing for aggressive pricing that will motivate unreserved guests to book immediately without cannibalizing existing rates. This places "heads on beds" quickly at minimal expense, with significant ROI for the property.
