| CELEBRATION, Fla.� November 16, 2005 - The Celebration, Fla.-based
Hayes Reid Development Group Inc. is announcing The Palms Suites Lakeside
as their second condo hotel in the Orlando-Disney area. The Palms
Suites Lakeside, which was purchased as a three-star, all-suite resort
hotel and converted, is the second of many condo hotels coming to the area
under the direction of Hayes Reid Development Group Inc.
Located on Lake Cecile, the Palms Suites Lakeside is only five miles from the entrance to the Walt Disney World Resort. In addition to offering many beautiful lakefront views, the property offers two room suites with kitchens equipped with full-size refrigerators, stoves with ovens, microwaves, toasters, dishwashers and cooking/eating utensils. The Palms Suites Lakeside also offers its guests a pool, Jacuzzi, lakefront beach and a daily complimentary continental breakfast. Palms Suites Lakeside is a 144-unit property located at 4786 West Irlo
Bronson Memorial Highway in Kissimmee. A $3 million renovation will
be completed to enhance the beauty of the property (the former Mainstay
Suites Maingate) and entirely refurbish the guest suites.
