Patti Hess Martin Named General Manager of
ResortQuest Hilton Head in South Carolina
NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Nov. 28, 2005 – ResortQuest, the nation’s largest vacation rental property company, has named Patti Hess Martin general manager of ResortQuest Hilton Head in South Carolina.  In her new position, Martin will be responsible for the management of the company’s vacation rental properties, including beachfront homes and condominiums, as well as overseeing guest services.

Martin comes to Hilton Head from ResortQuest Park City, where she served as president and Intermountain General Manager, overseeing ResortQuest locations in Idaho, Montana, and Oregon.  She began her career with ResortQuest as a manager of housekeeping and maintenance 16 years ago.  As the reputation and quality of the Park City business developed and grew so did her position and responsibilities within the company.  Since then, ResortQuest Park City has doubled in size, added a new location in Deer Valley, and has become the foremost property management company in Park City. 

Martin assumes her new post on Jan. 2.
