� November 7, 2005 � CSM Lodging has been awarded as the Marriott Hotels
& Resorts Conversion of the Year for its Marriott Minneapolis West
hotel at the 2005 Marriott International North American Conference. The
award was presented to honor the quality of the new Marriott hotel and
the excellence of the hotel staff during the conversion.
