ALPHARETTA, Ga., December 12, 2005 � Diamond Houston 1, LLP, a joint venture ownership group comprised of Dellisart Lodging, the Diamond Group and Apollo Property Partners, today announced that it has opened the 122-suite Staybridge Suites by Holiday Inn in the West Houston-Energy Corridor of Texas. The hotel is managed by Dellisart Lodging Hospitality Management. �The extended stay segment, targeted towards guests that stay at a hotel for five nights or longer, continues as a popular alternative to a standard hotel in the Houston area,� said Doug Artusio, Dellisart Lodging chairman and CEO. �The steady flow of business and leisure travelers desiring these accommodations will be well served by the Staybridge Suites by Holiday Inn product. With our intimate knowledge of the brand, as well as our proprietary marketing and management systems, we fully expect the property to quickly become a market leader.� The four-story, all-suite hotel is located at 1225 Eldridge Parkway, in the heart of Houston�s �energy corridor,� surrounded by numerous business parks, including Westlake, Enclave, Park 10 and the Conoco and Shell campuses. Additionally, numerous major multinational corporations� headquarters are in the immediate area, including Sysco Foods, Citgo and British Petroleum.
