SEATTLE, WA (December 20, 2005) � Bob Foster, president of Noble House
Hotels & Resorts (www.noblehousehotels.com) has appointed Don Dennis
general manager of University Tower Hotel, the company�s latest addition
to its collection of 12 boutique styled hotels and resorts, located across
the United States.
Karl Kruger, general manager of The Edgewater, Noble House Hotels & Resorts� other Seattle hotel, has been named managing director-Seattle, looking after both The Edgewater and University Tower Hotel. �Don has proven himself as a great leader in Noble House and we�re excited to give him a property of his own to bring to the next level,� said Bob Foster, president of Noble House Hotels & Resorts. �Karl�s success speaks for itself and his increased responsibility reflects our faith in his leadership,� added Foster. Don Dennis assumes his duties as general manager immediately, overseeing all day-to-day activities of the hotel. Since joining Noble House in 2002, Dennis has served as director of rooms at Hotel Viking in Newport, RI and as interim general manager of The Portofino Hotel & Yacht Club in Redondo Beach, CA. Previous to joining Noble House, Dennis� hospitality experience includes serving as front office manager of Nemacolin Woodlands Resort & Spa in Farmington, PA; and at the Doubletree Hotel and Barton Creek Conference Resort, both in Austin, TX. Dennis graduated from the University of Texas with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance, and lives in Seattle, WA with his partner Clark. Karl Kruger assumes his additional responsibilities as managing director for Noble House�s two Seattle hotels immediately. Kruger has over 25 years of hospitality experience, the past three with Noble House as general manager of The Edgewater. Previous to joining Noble House, Kruger served in various executive positions with Starwood Hotels and Resorts Worldwide. Kruger received his Bachelor of Arts in Hotel, Restaurant and Institutional Management from Michigan State University, MBA from Rockhurst University in Kansas City and lives in Seattle with his wife of 25 years Nandy Kruger.
