 Tecton Hospitality Appoints Three to GM Posts

MIAMI, Sept. 26, 2005 � Tecton Hospitality today named Doramir Martinez general manager of the Miramar Courtyard by Marriott in San Juan, Puerto Rico, and Cybelle Agostini director of sales and marketing.
            
Martinez previously was a general manager with RIU Resorts, for which he was responsible for properties in the Bahamas, Dominican Republic and Jamaica. Prior to this, she was a human resources consultant for hotel management companies.
            
Prior to joining Tecton, Agostini was senior sales manager with the San Juan Marriott Resort. Before this, she was a sales executive with the Sands Hotel in San Juan, which is now the Inter-Continental Resort & Casino in San Juan.
            
The Miramar Courtyard by Marriott, previously known as the Hotel Excelsior, is undergoing more than $4.5 million in renovations and will remain open until the remodeling is completed in November. Located in San Juan�s historic district, the hotel features the renowned Augusto�s Restaurant. 

Frank Holstag appointed general manager of Circa 39, a boutique hotel in Miami Beach.

Holstag has 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry. Prior to joining Circa 39, he was director of revenue management with the Bitter End Yacht Club in the British Virgin Islands.

Liliana Dou appointed general manager of the Best Western South Miami.

Dou has 18 years of experience in the hospitality industry. Prior to joining the Best Western South Miami, she was general manager of the Traymore Hotel in Miami Beach. Before this, she was a manager at the Dupont Plaza Hotel in Miami.
