 Gunter Muller Named General Manager of
ResortQuest Aspen in Colorado

NASHVILLE, Tenn. � September 16, 2005 � ResortQuest, the nation�s largest vacation rental property company, has named Gunter Muller general manager of ResortQuest Aspen in Colorado.  In his new position, Muller will be responsible for the management of the company�s vacation rental properties, including mountain top homes and condominiums, as well as overseeing guest services.

Muller brings with him over 25 years of experience in the property management and hospitality industry.  He comes to ResortQuest from Marriott International, where he served in management positions in several Renaissance hotels in the United Kingdom.  Prior to that, he served as executive vice president and general manager of the Wintergreen Resort in Wintergreen, Virginia. 

Muller began his career in Switzerland where he attended the Ecole Hoteliere de la Societe Suisse des Hoteliers in Lausanne. He then served in several management positions with Island Gem Enterprises in St. Maarten, Netherlands Antilles.
