| CLEVELAND, OH � July 7, 2005 - The Embassy Suites Hotel Cleveland-Beachwood,
managed by Memphis-based Davidson Hotel Company, announces that Larry Rose
has been named the new General Manager. Larry, who has an extensive
background in the hospitality industry, brings more than 34 years of management
and leadership experience to the hotel.
Prior to joining the Embassy Suites Cleveland-Beachwood, Larry spent seven years with Wyndham, where he most recently served as General Manager for the Wyndham Bonaventure Resort & Spa in Ft. Lauderdale, FL. In addition to his general manager experience, Larry served in the capacity of Director of Marketing and Regional Director of Marketing for various properties including brands such as Omni, Red Lion, and Marriott. Larry holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business from Michigan State University School of Hotel, Restaurant & Institutional Management. The 216-room Embassy Suites is located on the eastside of Cleveland in the affluent community of Beachwood. The hotel features 4,680 square feet of ballroom/meeting space, and two boardrooms.
