To be situated on the shores of Lake Muskoka, this 104-room, all-suites hotel will be a major addition to the Muskoka Wharf, a public-private partnership initiative celebrating Muskokas waterfront heritage.  True to the theme of the Muskoka Wharf, this hotel will have the distinctive early 1900s heritage architecture reminiscent of early Muskoka. Construction of the hotel is expected to begin early in 2006, with the official opening slated for the spring of 2007.

The Residence Inn by Marriott Muskoka Wharf will feature a gatehouse entry, common area, indoor pool, fitness area, outdoor sports court, patio, library, and breakfast and hearth room. Two meeting rooms, equipped with the latest audio and visual equipment, will accommodate small conference groups.
