Adamís Mark Hotels Now a Stronger, Leaner Organization; Consists of Five Properties in Dallas, Denver,
St. Louis, Indianapolis, and Buffalo


July 11, 2005 - Adamís Mark Hotels now consists of five full-service, upscale, convention properties suitably located in Dallas, Denver, St. Louis, Indianapolis, and Buffalo.  The company is now a stronger, leaner, more focused organization.  Renovations ranging from $10 million to $30 million are pending completion at our hotels in Dallas, Denver, St. Louis, and Indianapolis. 

In most cases, the renovations include new duvets, new carpet, new drapes, new wall coverings, new granite vanities in the bathrooms and new bathroom flooring.  Further upgrades include luxurious pillow top mattresses with new box springs, soft linens and down comforters, and Herman Miller workstations.  Additionally, the Dallas and Indianapolis are receiving upgraded central heating and cooling.

All Adamís Mark hotels now offer high-speed Internet connectivity in each room, free fitness center privileges, and 24-hour room service.

The city of Dallas is the leading tourist/business destination in the state of Texas.  Adamís Mark Dallas remains the largest hotel in Texas with 1,842 guest rooms, including 211 multi-use suites, and an expansive 230,000 sq. ft. of meeting space.  It boasts 5 ballrooms including the Lone Star, which is Texasí largest ballroom at 41,000 sq. ft.  Improvements exclusive to the Adamís Mark Dallasí south tower are plasma TVís, cordless telephones, free in-room safes, and wireless Internet services.  Dallas renovations are scheduled for completion by early 2006.
