  Hard Rock Hotels and Intrawest Corporation Plan to
Develop Hard Rock Hotels at Intrawest Resorts
ORLANDO, Fla., Aug. 16, 2005 - Hard Rock International, Inc. today announced that Lifestar Hotels LLC (its 50:50 joint venture with Sol Melia Hotels) has entered into a multi-site agreement with Intrawest Corporation to develop lifestyle Hard Rock Hotels at select Intrawest resorts.
