Security key concern for ultra-luxury spa resort that tracks guest
preferences for elite guests, celebrities and former presidents 

Agoura Hills, California � August 9, 2005 -- The Sanctuary at Kiawah Island, a 225-room luxury spa resort on Kiawah Island, South Carolina, installed The Concierge Assistant software system from Gold Key Solutions to automate its signature guest service operation, Gold Key announced today. The software application allows property staff to automatically and securely create profiles of each guest, list their preferences in every area from dining to nature programs, and print out individual activity itineraries for each day that guests are on property.

"The Concierge Assistant system shows us what our guests really desire and lets us customize their stay to meet specific needs that enrich their experience." Sood said his property uses the system to automate many administrative chores which frees hotel staff to spend more time delivering personalized attention to visitors. The software also lets hotel teams communicate guest needs instantly throughout the resort, including past-stay history for each guest, and can display a digital photo to allow consistent recognition.

"The system is extremely secure; it utilizes the property�s own protected network and server eliminating danger of identity theft by persons using an Internet connection to obtain guest information or credit card data."
