August 8th, 2005 - Pride Hospitality, LLC, announces that it has sold Holiday Inn Express Brown Deer, Wisconsin to Madison Hotels Inc.  The hotel will be owned by Madison Hotels Inc. with Pride Hospitality retaining the management contract.

This award winning 78 room hotel has been a market leader in the North Milwaukee area since opening.  It has sold as a private transaction through Pride Hospitality for an undisclosed price.  The new Owner and General Manager, Ms. Reena Kahn stated; �This hotel is a great asset addition to our development company, we are pleased to be able to enter a solid market with a successful hotel.�   
 
Pride Hospitality, LLC owns, manages and develops hotels throughout the United States.  Pride currently manages nine hotels with three new hotels under development, including Holiday Inn Express, Holiday Inn, Harbor Winds and Candlewood Suites brands.
