McKibbon Hotel Management, Inc. Planning Three Hotels at Avion Park
of Westshore, A Mixed Use Project Near Tampa International Airport

Tampa, FL, AUGUST 11, 2005 – McKibbon Hotel Management, Inc. announces their largest project to date in Tampa, Florida. Avion Park of Westshore will be a complex of three mid-rise hotels, four restaurants, 30,000 sq. ft. of retail stores and over 400,000 sq. ft. of office space.

“The most exciting part of this multi-use site will be the upscale office/condo tower. We’ll have 80,000 sq. ft. of office space, divided into 7,000-10,000 sq. ft. offices for small businesses to own their own space,” said John McKibbon, CEO.

“Another unique feature of this location is that guests can work, stay overnight and dine in the same place.  Hilton Garden Inn Hotel is ready to break ground and two other hotels will be announced soon,” added McKibbon.

Situated in the heart of the Westshore Business District, the property is bordered by Spruce and O’Brien Streets.  It will be the closest new offices and hotels to Tampa International Airport. Located nearby are easy interstate access, International Plaza and Westshore Plaza shopping malls.

McKibbon Hotel Management, Inc., based in Tampa, FL, is an owner and/or operator of over 40 mid and upscale hotels from Arkansas to Florida.  For more information, visit the website at .
